Enterprise Loans can provide an alternative source of finance for established businesses who are unable to secure all their funding requirements from a bank and/or other mainstream sources.

We Provide Loans from £25,001 up to max £250,000 over a 5Yr term

Loan characteristics:

- For established businesses, typically with a minimum of 3 yrs trading.

- Sole traders, partnerships or limited companies may apply.

- Can be used for any legitimate and legal business purpose including

- Working capital

- Purchase of equipment or machinery

- Business expansion

- Acquisition of another Business and/or MBO/MBI

- Growth Guarantee Scheme will usually be considered.

- Personal guarantee from the director(s)(unsupported) are required for limited company lending.-

- Interest rates are 13% 14.74% over Bank of England base rate.

- Arrangement fee 4%
