Leading Beyond is a Sheffield-based consultancy working with senior professionals and teams across legal, professional services, HR, learning and development and operations.

We combine executive coaching with practical process improvement, using automation and AI to take on low-complexity, low-value steps and release time for the more complex work that needs people.

We help teams make the most of the systems they already own, often Microsoft 365, so they get more from what they have rather than taking on new software and its costs, and we build the way of working around what the team actually needs rather than forcing the team to work around the system.

We also work with teams on how they are organised and how they operate, improving their operating models and ways of working.

Our approach is evidence-first and grounded in experience of large-scale improvement programmes, drawing on Chartered CIPD membership, Lean Six Sigma practice and EMCC-accredited coaching. Services include executive coaching, team coaching through our registered Your Hurdles & Beyond methodology, and process improvement that removes unnecessary steps, automates the routine where it makes sense, and releases time back to the people doing the work.
