Off the Ground Pole Dance

Off the Ground pole dance is first and foremost a pole dance studio, open to everybody over the age of 18.

It is a place to get fit, learn cool tricks and ways to move your body. But it is also so much more than that. Its a place to be unashamedly and unapologetically the person you want to be. To find the limits of what you can achieve, not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

We can be found at 25 Taplin Road, Hillsborough, at our own purpose built studio. There is plenty of on-road parking and we are a two minute walk from the bus and tram stops.
