Welcome to PUMA (Patrimonial Unified Martial Arts) self defence, we teach Bartitsu - a form of stick fighting and self defence along with hand to hand self defence, rapier sword and interpretational sword  & cane techniques.

We accept members from any walk of life, with any level of experience from beginner to expert. 16 or over.

We have brought western martial arts bang up to the 21st century, teaching practical, usable cane fighting and self defence.
