A little about ourselves

We are an independent team of consultants who have been terminating peoples timeshares since 2012. We work closely with our legal team to ensure that you are legally relinquished from your timeshare. This means that your liability ends when we terminate your contract.

Depending how you came to purchase your timeshare, and when, we may even be able to lodge a claim if we find that your timeshare was mis-sold, or you were not informed of your rights.

If we decide that you have a valid claim, this can be set up on a no win no fee basis. We of course take our fees from a successful claim against mis-sold timeshare.
