Twiddle - love of food

Twiddle Food is led by a Culinary Medicine and Nutrition Coach with a strong focus on food education that is both accessible and enjoyable. We deliver interactive pasta-making workshops for all ages. We deliver sessions at schools, after school clubs, holiday clubs, also for Girl guiding groups and Scouts.

We specialise in team-building culinary workshops for organisations that encourage creativity, collaboration, and confidence in the kitchen. Our healthy eating seminars and demonstrations promote nutritious, sustainable choices and are tailored to the specific needs of each group. At Twiddle Food, we make learning about food engaging, evidence-based, and fun for all ages.
