Content

Sheffield Business Directory is not responsible for checking the validity, accuracy or quality of company listings - we merely provide the means for a company to advertise themselves and reserve the right to remove or deny any listings which we feel are unsuitable for this directory.

The Directory has been developed in collaboration with Sheffield City Council (SCC). Information submitted by suppliers a) for inclusion in the Directory and b) supplementary content regarding the submitting organisation, will be shared with SCC.

SCC may utilise said information for the purposes of a) supporting the process of sourcing suppliers and b) collating aggregated intelligence about local markets.

Inclusion of an organisation in the Directory will not confer upon it any advantage in the award of contracts by SCC or distort the competition for such contracts.

When consulted as part of the sourcing process, the Directory will be utilised by SCC as part of a range of sources of information and will not be used exclusively.

Any supplier seeking to undertake a contract commissioned by SCC will have to comply with the specific requirements of said procurement process.
